Return and Refund Policy

Luxe Rewind accepts U.S. returns for a refund if the return is requested via email at luxerewindinc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery of an online order (as proven by the tracking number).

A return fee per item applies:

Item Price Return Fee

• Up to $999 = $25

• $1,000 to $2,999 = $50

• $3,000 to $7,999 = $75

• Over $8,000= $100

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in the same condition as described on the product page.

• The item must include any authentication certificates, original Luxe Rewind tags, and accompanying accessories (e.g., dust bags).

• Returns must ship from a U.S. address.
